Step out back to the brand new 16 by 40 in ground pool and built in extra large hot tub. Pool towels, Weber natural gas grill, with plenty of patio furniture are available. Toiletries, hand soap, dish soap, some sponges, linens, towels, and trash bags are provided. Beds will be made prior to your arrival. This is a single family home can be rented in its entirety or sized down to a 6 bedroom rental. Once a Bed and Breakfast is only rentable as a house, individual rooms are not available to rent. THIS PROPERTY CAN BE RENTED FOR MORE THAN 6 ROOMS @ a PRO-RATED, PER ROOM, PRICE. During the summer season the house is only available as a 12 bedroom rental.
