Sleeps 10, with 2,400 sq ft of living space including 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, large fully equipped gourmet kitchen, laundry facilities, ¾ large fenced-in yard with patio, (great for outdoor games!), BBQ, and outdoor shower. High speed internet (1 Gig!) is provided for all your IT devices. Cathedral ceilings show off an expansive great room with a dining table that seats 10, First floor master bedroom includes a king bed and 2 twin beds. Second bedroom on first floor includes a queen bed. Spiral staircase leads to a second floor, with two bedrooms (two queen beds in each) and one full bath. The Shore Thing includes central air and heat for year-round comfort. Off season rentals have a 3-night minimum. **Cleaning fee applies to all stays under a week.**
