The property is across the street from the Fisherman's Memorial Park. Through its short path you'll find one of Cape May Island's hidden treasures, a free and public beach on the harbor, where you can relax in your beach chairs and watch boats go by or delight in water activities like kayaking and paddle boarding, rentals are also available right up the road across from the Nature Center, which is a great excursion for both little and big kids. Whether you partake in this hidden gem (Fishermen's beach) or head to the Ocean 10 blocks away, when you return, you can rinse off in the private outdoor shower.

With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, this property comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.

For your convenience, all 3 bedrooms are situated on the first floor, ensuring easy accessibility. The master bedroom features a King-sized bed and an attached en suite for added privacy. The second bedroom is furnished with a comfortable Queen bed, while the third bedroom offers a pyramid bunk and an additional Twin bed.

A dedicated office area, nestled between the first and second floors, provides a perfect space for those seeking a blend of business and leisure. Upstairs, the second floor unfolds into a spacious open concept living with a Queen sofa bed, kitchen, and dining area. The owners offer a starter pack of k-cups for the Keurig too! There is a Instant Pot/Crock Pot. The cathedral ceiling and skylight add an airy, expansive feel to the space.

Step outside onto the large deck to savor your morning coffee or indulge in an evening cocktail, all while soaking up being steps from the water.
