The unit is located on the second floor overlooking the pool. There is an elevator available located close to the unit. An added amenity is the use of 4 beach chairs and 4 beach tags. Although available, they are not guaranteed. There is a nice shared picnic patio and BBQ grills available for outdoor fun. There is also an outdoor shower and coin operated laundry available. The heated pool is open from approximately Mother s Day to mid October. The home features 2 Smart TVs, on 50 Inch in the Living Room and one 42 Inch in the bedroom. Chargers for iWatch, iPhone and Android are offered.
