Welcome to The Twelve Pearls of Cape May Point. This gorgeous and thoughtfully designed home pays tribute to the original Birders Cottage and the natural beauty of Cape May Point. Bringing to life the blend of historic and coastal living, with natural light and beauty of the nature around it... all within a newly built home.

This home was originally named The Blue Pearl and was a well-known birder's bed and breakfast. As the new owners rebuilt, they renamed the home The Twelve Pearls after their beloved twelve grandchildren.

As you walk into the Twelve Pearls, you are welcomed by a cozy and relaxing sitting area adorned with keepsakes of Cape May's past. Just off of this comfortable sitting area is the first bedroom in the front of the house. This bedroom has a full size bed as well as a set of twin bunk beds and is comfortably decorated with warm and natural colors. As you continue down the hall you will see the brightly decorated and spacious laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer, sink and space to fold your clothes. Just past the laundry room is an elegant full bathroom. As you walk further down the hall and pass the door for the elevator, you will come to the second bedroom. This bedroom has a Queen size bed as well as a full private en suite.

Leading up to the second story, you will absolutely appreciate the hundred-year-old reclaimed white oak circular staircase which pays homage to the beloved Cape May Lighthouse, which is just a short walk away! As you find your way to the second-floor bedrooms, you will notice the recessed arched nooks, adding light as you ascend to the second floor. The back bedroom has two twin size beds with antique brass frames. The frames were salvaged from a classic Cape May home and professionally refinished for this room. This bedroom also has its own private en suite decorated with whimsical pink tiles.

Down at the other end of the hallway you will find the most charming Master bedroom suite with a Queen size bed. The private en suite for this room has marble flooring, a stand alone shower, a free standing tub and double vanity. Don't forget about the private sauna, the perfect way to start or end your day!

As you follow the white oak staircase to the third floor, you are met with a bright and airy open floor plan living area. Complete with unrivaled views from almost every window. You will find plenty of seating at the large dining table, where everyone can gather and reminisce about their day over dinner. The reclaimed white oak continues through the kitchen onto the large island, perfect for entertaining. You will find pristine appliances ready to assist in bringing out your inner chef. The pearlescent tile adds the perfect finish to this beautiful kitchen as you enter the pantry and the powder room. Just beyond the dining table is the living room. With comfy seating and a cozy fireplace, this room has magnificent views of the dunes and the calming waves of Cape May Point beach. Walk out onto the third floor deck to watch the beautiful sunsets Cape May Point has to offer. You can even see the lighthouse from here!

Your outdoor space includes a hot/cold shower behind the property and a gas grill, with the Cape May Point Beach directly across the street. There is parking for two cars in the driveway and plenty of street parking for additional cars.
