The home is located only a few minutes by bike or car from our beautiful beaches and the center of town for shopping and amazing dining. It features all bedroom on the first floor with a new leather loveseat and Queen size sofa bed located in the open concept living and dining room. The home has amazing new driftwood like floor tile installed throughout. A brand-new Kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances and full renovated baths with convenient grab bars installed in the Tub/Shower as well. The cottage also includes a large fenced back yard and fully covered, furnished back porch perfect for your morning coffee or evening retreat plus bbq area and Gazebo.
