Charming Cape May Beach House - 1016 Illinois Ave

Charming beach house complete with everything you could ask for on your summer vacation. Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located 8-1/2 blocks from the beach and close to town. Off street parking for two cars with plenty of parking on the street (one of the widest avenues in Cape May).

Three bedrooms, two full baths (a walk-in shower and a tub/shower combination) plus an outside shower. Fully equipped kitchen including microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, blender, toaster, crock pot, electric griddle, lobster pot, wine and cocktail glasses, coffee, tea, sweeteners and spices.

After the beach, relax in a club chair on a private deck surrounded by lovely gardens and colorful planters. Later, savor dinner under the patio umbrella and take in the view as the landscape lighting comes on. The back yard is completely fenced in and professionally treated for mosquitoes on a regular basis. Gas grill and gas included.

Inside the house there are two living areas. Furnishings include 1 sofas, love seat, one sleeper sofa, two chairs, plus a recliner and rocker. The dining table that can seat up to twelve people. There is a large TV, internet access, HP office printer, board games, books and even some old movies for a rainy day. Additionally, there is an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer in each bathroom, a washer and dryer (detergent and softener provided).

Bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas are kept in the shed for your convenience. There is even a Yeti cooler and a couple thermoses to take to the beach or on a picnic. Please be sure you return them.

Our “welcome basket” includes two bottles of water, a piece of fruit and a little something for your sweet tooth, plus a complimentary current issue of Cape May Magazine.
