Beach amenities provided are as follows:
For summer 2024 there will be 3 beach boxes with 16 beach chairs, umbrellas (2 already set up each day) some toys and cabana, they will be located on the Ocean Street beach which is conveniently located to the house (10 minute walk). There will be a little extra room in the boxes to leave personal belongings for the week to make it even easier to get to the beach every day. This beach amenity is free to the tenants.
**VRBO Renters - Please note, the initial service fee paid, is strictly a VRBO fee and is not paid to Jersey Cape Realty. Once the reservation is confirmed through VRBO, it then transfers to Jersey Cape Realty where it will follow their lease and payment specifications.
