When entering the front of the home you are greeted by the main Living, Dining, and Kitchen Spaces. There will be all new upscale appliances, countertops, and stylish furnishings. There is a bathroom with walk-in shower and an additional half bath adjacent to these areas, so convenient! Enjoy brand new shuffleboard table located in the long side room! The Bedroom 1 will have a Queen sized bed. Relax in the brightly lit three season room.

If you make your way towards the back of the house, there is an attached quarters with private entrance for the members in your party that may enjoy a little personal space. Once there, you will find two additional bedrooms, Bedroom 2 having a Full sized bed, and Bedroom 3 having a Queen sized bed. There is an additional kitchen, full sized bathroom with tub, as well as living room which has the option of a sleeper sofa!

If you travel up the stairs to the second floor, there are 4 more renovated bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Bedroom 4 is King bed with an en-suite walk in shower. Bedroom 5 has a 2 Queen beds as well as an en-suite walk-in shower. Bedroom 6 has 1 Queen bed. Down the hall you will pass another full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 7 is a King bed with an en-suite bath, shower/tub combo. There are brand new Smart Televisions in the bedrooms!

Once you ascend the stairs to the third floor, you will find a kitchenette and another full bath with a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 8 will have 3 Single built in beds, plus an additional double mattress. Bedroom 9 will have 4 single built in beds. Floor plans are available upon request!

Parking: There are 6 stacked spaces in the on-site lot which can be entered from Osborne St.

Beach Chairs: 12 Beach Chairs will be provided.
