On the top floor, the spacious primary suite provides a peaceful escape with a king bed, spa-style bathroom featuring a rain head shower and freestanding soaker tub, a walk-in closet, private deck, and even a coffee bar for slow mornings. A junior suite on this level offers another king bed, en suite bathroom, and walk-in closet, giving guests the comfort of their own private retreat.

The second floor is the heart of the home, where gathering and entertaining come naturally. A gourmet eat-in kitchen features quartz countertops, luxury cabinetry, a large island, double oven, and Jenn-Air appliances, along with a wet bar for cocktails. The adjoining dining area flows seamlessly to a screened-in porch with an outdoor dining table, perfect for enjoying meals alfresco. The sunlit living room invites you to relax with its cozy fireplace, comfortable seating, and direct access to the second-floor deck. Just beyond, a wide sunset porch and large side deck provide the ultimate setting for evening drinks and spectacular Cape May sunsets. This level also includes a private bedroom with a king bed and an adjacent full bath, offering both comfort and convenience.

On the first floor, you'll find three more beautifully designed bedrooms—two with king beds and one with built-in bunks that are perfect for kids or extra guests. A cozy den with a queen sleeper sofa opens directly to the porch, cabana, and pool area, creating a great hangout space for everyone. The first floor also includes three bathrooms and a mudroom with washer and dryer, making it easy to keep everything fresh during your stay.

Step outside to your own private resort-style oasis. The cabana is outfitted with an outdoor TV, half bath, and outdoor shower, while the saltwater pool is surrounded by a patio with plenty of room for lounging in the Cape May sunshine. Multiple porches and decks throughout the home offer quiet spots for morning coffee, afternoon reading, or gathering at sunset to toast another perfect day.

For added convenience, the garage is equipped with two EV chargers for guests traveling with electric vehicles. Blankets and pillows are provided, and guests just need to bring their own sheets and towels. A cleaning fee applies to all rentals, and beginning in late September, shorter stays of two to three nights are available.

This home is designed for families who want to relax and enjoy quality time together in a beautiful, peaceful setting. Out of respect for neighbors and the property, it is not available for events, parties, or bachelor/bachelorette gatherings.
