This unique home is situated on one the most peaceful blocks of CMP, just two short blocks from the beach. The home offers amazing outdoor space with a completely private deck, generous amount of outdoor furniture plus an outdoor shower.

The house has a large, functional kitchen with seating for 8 and a sunroom with additional seating for four. There are three bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet and the house can comfortably sleep eight people. There is also a full bath on each level of the home.

The house has also been recently updated with new furniture and mattresses as well as a fully stocked kitchen.

Cape May Point offers an amazing combination of privacy and proximity to pristine beaches. Go for a stroll to Lake Lily, the Cape May Lighthouse, and the Nature Preserve - all close to 321 Knox. Watch the daily setting of the US flag and dedication on Sunset Beach, just blocks away take a short bike ride to the Cape May Winery and Beach Plum Farms.

If you are a bird watcher (or just love nature) Cape May Point offers a front row seat to the migratory path and the Nature Conservancy.

321 Knox has been owner-occupied since it was built and is only new to the Cape May Point rental market for a select number of weeks during the summer season.

Fantastic Property!
Our family of four spent a week in Cape May Point at 321 Knox in June of 2023. This house is fantastic! The house is just a short walk to the beautiful beach (we preferred the beach access to the left at the end of Knox). The house was well-equipped with beach gear in excellent condition (beach chairs; beach umbrella), and was also well-equipped in the kitchen, with new pots, pans, utensils, dishes, etc. The kitchen is the main gathering place, and is bathed in sunlight all day long. And with windows on all sides we had a sea breeze flowing through the comfortable space during our entire stay. The master suite is set off on its own, for extra privacy, and the other bedrooms were congregated together off a lovely living room on the 2nd floor. The house has an extra refrigerator in the basement, which we appreciated and used, as well as a washer/dryer. And we also used the Weber gas grill (large with three burners) out back for dinners. The back patio is the best part of this house. It’s huge, with two dining tables, and a super comfy sitting area, and it even has a fire pit. The landscaping is beautiful, and the tall trees all around emphasize the sense of privacy. I sat out there every morning with my coffee and a book. So relaxing! The only drawback is that the house has a lot of stairs, and so may not be ideal for the mobility challenged. But it did not bother us at all. I highly recommend this home in CMP. We will definitely look to stay there again next season.
