More Than Expected!

We were pleasantly surpised to find the spacious rooms in this rental, plus the extensive front porch and backyard areas. There are several areas for family members to relax, including a large dining room table, The kitchen is well-equipped with pots, pans, utensils and dishes. There is two-zone AC, which was valuable for the warm night hours in the bedroom areas. Another nice surprise was the beach box filled with chairs and umbrella, so we did not have to carry these items. The two full baths plus the half bath were invaluable. One drawback was that there are no beach badges provided. Another was that the two extra bedrooms (besides the master) were small. We also wished that the realtor had more precise info when we asked prior to coming: We were told that there were no beach chairs, plus that we should bring items like dish soap, toilet paper, etc. Some toilet paper, plenty of soaps, and beach chairs/umbrella were provided. The realtor was reponsive when we reported feet injuries due to glass fragments on the back deck.

For your convenience, we always suggest bringing dish soap, toilet paper, etc. because it is not guaranteed to be there.
