Great location as only four blocks to the beach in a very quiet neighborhood. Many little extras in the kitchen as far as spices and some condiments are concerned. Was too early to use them, but there's also beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards in the garage to use. Property is a bit dated some furniture could use some updating but everything worked as needed. Beautiful updated master bath.
