Thank you so much for lending us your beautiful home for the weekend! It was such a lovely experience with so many discoveries and fun throughout our stay. It was a wonderful way to celebrate my upcoming wedding with my closest friends. We will definitely recommend and will be looking to visit again. We dressed up in costumes and took the Ghost Capers Tour through Cape May, also got to experience the wonder of hundreds of horseshoe crabs at the beach.

We have been coming to Cape May for many years. This is our first time staying down near the Cove. We found this beautiful home, and we were so thrilled! The home is extremely clean and tastefully decorated in a bright shore theme. We especially love that the owners provided bikes!! The bikes are in excellent shape, and we used them every day. It was fabulous! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and there was plenty of seating for all. The front porch was so nice to relax in the morning and play card games with the kids. We also loved the outdoor shower! Overall, we loved this home and will definitely stay again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful shore home!

We had an amazing time at this house. The place was in pristine condition and it was clear that the owners put a lot of thought and care into the house. They were also very accessible and a pleasure to interact with. The location is perfect, as it is easily walkable to Washington St Mall & the beach. Would re-book in a heartbeat.

My family and I rented this property for our vacation and it was beautiful! The house was fully stocked with everything we could need to make our vacation easier. The house was only 4 blocks away from the beach and had beach chairs and an outdoor shower. Relaxing in the screened porch at the end of the day was the highlight of our trip. I highly recommend this property!

It was roomy, comfortable, beautifully appointed, had all that we needed & the owner went out of her way to get a few items that I needed for baking as well as decorating for the holiday for us! My grandfather owned this house and all my summer memories made here playing with horseshoe crabs washed up on beach, watching dolphins play in the ocean on his telescope on the upper deck, and sleeping in the screened in deck listening to the waves followed by the most delicious meals and a never empty jar of cookies.

My family of 11 stayed at the Holly House. The location was excellent and was less than a seven-minute walk to the beach and right onto Washington Street for easy access to the restaurants and shops. Jersey Cape Realty was a great company to work with when finding a house that could fit not just all the people but our needs. Great communal space, beds for everyone including two children under five, easy check in/check out services, and most importantly fantastic communication. We will be booking with Jersey Cape again.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Baronet, and are looking forward to another trip next summer. The condo was well stocked with cleaning supplies, kitchenware, and other comforts of home. My husband and I brought a moderate amount of food for the week, and there was no space to store any of it. So, it was out on the already small countertops. This is the only thing I would change about the space. The other tenants were friendly and respectful, and the ladies at Jersey Cape Realty were great! Can’t beat this location. We almost got a condo further from the beach, and I’m glad we didn’t. The front porch is lovely, and absolutely large enough for everyone that cares to take advantage of it. Can’t say enough good things – stay and see for yourself!

Perfect Location - Beachfront Fun!
I wanted to let you know that this condo that you suggested was PERFECT!  It’s the perfect size for the four of us, and it was very clean upon our arrival (I was surprised being that it was off-season).  It looked like it was newly renovated throughout.  And of course it was a perfect location.  We spent many trips back and forth between the beach & the unit all weekend.   I hope that you can let the owners know how wonderful we thought their property was. We’ve been going to Cape May almost every year for the last 29 years, and have stayed in many different houses and locations. We really enjoyed this property. The house was very well equipped, and was in a great location. It was quiet at night, but close enough to Washington Street Mall and the Lobster House to walk. The rooms were all very comfortable, and we loved the screened in porch. There were 2 families staying here, with 5 kids ranging in age from 13 to 23. The house never felt crowded. The outdoor shower was a huge hit with the kids. The only drawback I can see is the kitchen is not big enough to accommodate 8 people for eating. We were lucky enough to have fabulous weather, so were able to eat in the porch everyday.

The house is at the end of a dead end street, so no traffic to worry about with a little one. Short walk to the beach. The house was very clean and comfortable. The owners had left beach toys and some cleaning products to be used, made it seem very renter friendly.

Multiple stays - Relaxing Beach House 92596
We have rented this property for 3 or 4 years. It is almost perfectly situated a half block from the side beach in Cape May, with easy access to the main beach as well. Views of the ocean are limited due to other buildings. It has all the amenities you could want, minus a BBQ. Very clean and up-to-date. Spacious, even with our 5 kids. The only drawback is the stairs: 3 flights of stairs to the kitchen and main area. Not recommended for the elderly.

It is also convenient to all the beaches and activities that are offerred in the town of Cape May. This unit was very nicely appointed, extremely clean and within walking distance of all that Cape May has to offer. In addition, the on site pool was a wonderful convenience for our young grandchildren. This vacation home met all of our requirements and then some!

We have been coming to Cape May for 12 years and have always rented a condo at Columbia Gardens. We have found the accommodations to be convenient, comfortable, well- stocked and well- maintained. Even as our family has grown, we look at this as a spot we will continue to visit hopefully with their families someday!

Relaxing - Beachfront with Pool 92455

Cape may is our favorite Beach town in New Jersey. The beauty of it is you can be busy all the time if that is what you want or just relax on their beautiful beaches. My family has been going every year for the past 20 years. It would not be summer with out a stay in Cape May. We have stayed in several units the last couple years and they are all well equipped with everything you would need and walking distance to the beach. Bring your bikes as that is the best way to get around town.

I just returned from a fun-filled week in a spectacular relaxing - Authentic Cape May Beach House- 2 Blks. To Ocean 92600
was invited to stay by the owners in May 2012, and placed in the front bedroom upstairs. I called it “The Princess Room”, because I felt like a princess staying here. The white wicker furnishings complimented the room’s decor, and I slept exceptionally well on the new Queen padded mattress.
Upon entering the house, I was enveloped with a sense of peace and love. The entry way is expertly decorated, the white mantel is lovely against a cinnamon-colored wall. The sofa and chairs are comfortable, and the atmosphere was fun and light-hearted as we played 50’s and 60’s music on the stereo.
I paid little attention to the front porch until I was settled into my room. I soon came to learn that the front porch is a unique space all it’s own. I enjoyed relaxing in the rockers most of the time, but the table and chairs were ideal for morning fruit and coffee. The salt air breeze which blows through the porch is inviting.
Every amenity I needed was at my fingertips. The kitchen had every appliance I could ask for.
I will tell everyone about this lovely house.
I hope that my extended family and I can rent here soon!

What a cute house! Very comfortable and roomy. Nothing run down. Everything to make your stay comfortable. They even stock extra bath tissue and lots of kitchen and frig items if you run out. Modern appliances. We have stayed here three years now and plan on coming back for many more. The location is quiet yet close to everything..We love it.

This was a wonderful ‘home’… It didn’t feel like a rental. Spacious yet cozy, creature comfort other rentals have not had. We come to Cape May twice a year;this stay was with my mother-in-law and we had a great time and were able to spend time together and yet enjoy alone time with each other. Perfect for your family with a great loft or for couples sharing a vacation together yet separately one in a the family room one n the living room!

We stayed here in July 2011 for a week. The house was spotless, comfortable, and everything we could’ve hoped for! We were in Cape May for a family gathering, and our house ended up being the spot where we all could meet up and relax, have dinner, etc. The open floor plan, big dining area, and sitting area right off the kitchen were perfect!
It was a little farther from the beach than other family members were staying, but it was easily walkable, and kind of nice to be away from the boardwalk hubbub. Downtown was an easy walk as well.
We would definitely stay here again!

This quaint little house is homey and wonderful. It is very comfortable, and the back deck and yard are gorgeous and completely fenced in. The neighbors are even pleasant. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

The owners of this property have given thought to every detail of a renters comfort and needs. The kitchen is stocked with a fabulous array of top of the line appliances and utensils. The entire house is clean from top to bottom, with hardwood floors and ceramic tile baths. One bath is perfect for someone with a handicap. It is furnished with contemporary, matching, clean furniture (no thrift store, hand me downs in this home). Outside space carries the same in thought, an outside shower, plenty of outdoor seating, gas grill, clothes line and a sweet front porch with seating to watch the street activity. Both on and off street parking, only two short blocks to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. We will return for another stay.

2011 was our second year at this property, and we are already looking forward to returning this summer. Property is very well kept and only a short distance to the beach. Owner keeps property immaculate and provides very detailed information on local activities, services, etc… We enjoy the comfortable two bedrooms downstairs, large kitchen, sunporch, and outside grill and dining area. Kids enjoy separate bedrooms upstairs and large back yard. We would highly recommend this property to families looking for a comfortable home located close to the beach.

Our entire family thought that this was such a grand place to stay. The back yard and deck were favorite places to “hang out”. We even had our third son’s wedding in the back yard. It was simple, elegant and fun. The home was a place that you enjoyed and felt its comfort after an active day of being out and about. It had everything to make one’s stay, a pleasant one.

This rental features a great view of the beach & ocean right across the street. Good for an extended family like ours in which half love the sand & surf, while the other half just enjoy being at the Shore, rather than on it. The numerous decks (Some enclosed) along with multiple living spaces allows for large groups without everyone being on top of each other. The new Sunday to Sunday rental is different and the price is steep, but it is one of the largest handicapped friendly properties in Cape May.
