The real highlight is its unbeatable location. Situated directly on the picturesque Delaware Bay, you'll witness breathtaking sunsets daily. Since we're located right on the sand, you can easily take advantage of beachfront activities, such as leisurely strolls, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing and building sandcastles with your little ones.

About the Space: The property is fully renovated with modern coastal beach vibes for your ideal vacation. Situated right on the beach, you have your own access via the backyard. You have 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor, one being the primary suite. 2 bedrooms on the second floor both with your own door to the deck, and the 5th bedroom on the first floor, equipped with bunk beds. At this time there are no AC vents in the bunk room and one second floor bedroom as we have high power fans to keep them cool. You will have water views from every room in the house. The lathe modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make our home, your home for great dinners, and delicious breakfasts. There is a carport along with a long driveway to fit a total of 3 cars. In addition, there is plenty of street parking in front of the property.

Location: Located in Historic, Picturesque Cape May, the home is located directly on the Sand. Enjoy sunsets and swims, strolls and morning runs in the quiet and family-friendly neighborhood. We are a short drive to Wildwood Boardwalk and local shops, dining, cafes, and attractions. You have the perfect location close to all attractions in a peaceful, homey neighborhood. The Cape May-Lewes Ferry is less than 3 miles from the property with plenty of local restaurants, grocery stores, and shops along the way!

Additional Amenities: Linens and towels are included for your stay as well as pillows and blankets. Enjoy the 2 kayaks, 5 bicycles, & plenty of beach chairs for you to use. This home provides initial complimentary coffee pods, laundry detergent, paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper and dishwasher detergent for your convenience. However, we kindly request that you ensure a personal supply of these items if you intend to fully utilize these amenities during your stay.

Additional Fees: There is a $500 pet fee which includes up to 3 dogs, dogs only. All dogs must be confirmed by the owner. There is $499 cleaning fee on all rentals.
