BEACHFRONT CONDOMINIUM - Welcome to 1513 Beach Avenue Unit #2 at Columns by the Sea. This building has only 12 steps up to the first floor unit and no additional steps once inside. It features beautiful high ceilings, original woodwork and hardwood floors throughout. With two bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms, this home is perfect for us to four people. As you walk toward the building, take in the beach front views between Baltimore and Brooklyn beaches. You can access the unit through the main front door of the building and then, off the foyer, directly into the unit. The large living room features plenty of space to sit, television, speakers and oversized windows. WiFi included. Please bring your own TV streaming devices. A Roku remote is available. Please also bring your own sheets and towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, garbage disposal, floor to ceiling natural wood cabinets, breakfast bar with seating for four, as well as a dining table for four. Also, experience the sunrise while sitting on the large window bench in the kitchen. Toward the back of the unit there is a half bath, laundry area with washer/dryer, and a full hallway bathroom with shower/tub combo including jacuzzi. There are two guest suites each with a queen bed. Four beach chairs are available. Parking is plentiful with unmetered street parking in the area as well as two undesignated free spots surrounding the building. Enjoy access to the front porch, second floor common room and rooftop deck. While you are there, take in the spectacular ocean views. This building is just a few steps from a beach entrance and a 15-20 minute bike ride or walk to the center of Cape May. Enjoy your stay!
