The newly renovated kitchen has all modern appliances. There is a dining room and spacious living room for game nights and making memories! The primary bedroom has a king size bed with an full size en-suite bathroom. Down the hall you will find two more bedrooms and another full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has a twin size bed with a trundle, which also has the option of converting into a king size bed. If you like spending your time outdoors, this is the home for you. There is an attached screened in porch; perfect for enjoying your summer read with a morning cup of coffee. As well as a sun deck and outside seating for 6 people to have a BBQ using the included gas grill. The entire backyard is fenced in. Parking can accommodate 3 cars, 2 in the driveway and 1 in front of the home on the street. There are 6 beach chairs and one umbrella provided! No central A/C, there are 4 window units.
