There is an elevator available located close to the unit. An added amenity is the use of two beach chairs and a beach umbrella. Although available, they are not guaranteed. There is a nice shared picnic patio and BBQ grills available for outdoor fun. There is also an outdoor shower and coin operated laundry available. The heated pool is open from approximately Mother s Day to mid October. Cape Roc is located just one short block to the beach. If you are looking for a beautiful, updated condo unit that is economical but in a wonderful location, look no farther. Cleaning Fee on short stays.
